Design
and graphic manipulation
Vivad offers comprehensive design and
graphic manipulation services. We can produce an initial concept
from design brief and offer free initial authors changes. Vivad
can work with material supplied or source stock photography.
Super-wide
format digital printing
Vivad offer superior digital print
and only use Original Equipment Manufacturers ink in all of our
printers. Whether it is our Vutek 5300 printing up to 5.0 metres
wide by any length, our Vutek 3360EC eight colour 720dpi (apparent
resolution) printer, 3.2 meters wide or our Six colour, 720dpi,
2.5 meter wide ColourPainter 100S which offers an extended colour
gamut and excellent sharp
text.
With a total of three solvent machines to choose from Vivad
has the capacity to take on the biggest jobs, and the resolution
to take on the smallest.
Inkjet Printing
Vivad perform High-Resolution inkjet printing, 1.6 meters wide, printing up to
1440dpi
in
8
colour HiFi using pigmented inks. Suitable for Point of sale displays and photo
realistic
reproduction on a variety of substrates.
UV
cured Flatbed digital Printing
Vivad can print directly to a wide range of rigid material, using UV
cured pigmented inks, up to 2 meters wide. Printing at up to 600 dpi.
Vivad offers a high quality alternative to screen-printing which is
competitive
for
short
to medium sized print runs. Vivad can print directly to MDF, Colourbond,
Coreflute, Forex, Glass, Acrylic, Screenboard, Polypropylene, Bisque
Tiles, HIPS, Cardboard, Translucent as well as a wide range of Roll
stocks.
Laminating
and Mounting
Vivad perform all laminating
and mounting in-house and offer a comprehensive finishing
service. Your prints can be laminated with a gloss,
matt, satin or textured finish. Vivad will also mount
you prints to a variety of rigid and flexible substrates
such as MDF, Forex, Acrylic, Colourbond or aluminium,
up to 1.6 meters wide.
Finishing
Vivad perform all finishing in-house including
RF and other types of PVC welding, sewing, clear-coating and
other custom fabrication. Vivad is your one stop shop when it
comes to the finishing of your product.
Installation
Vivad provides professional installation
services to ensure your job is installed to a high standard.
Our installation services include high access work, application
of self-adhesive vinyl, fleet graphics, in-store signage and
building developments.
