Sending your Files
Files up to 100MB can be easily uploaded. If your internet keeps dropping out while uploading you will need to keep trying or send us a disk.
 Always
supply a PDF of your final artwork, if a pdf is not supplied your job will be delayed.
PMS colours :
please ensure you have specified any pms colours to match.
Compression:
All page layout files (fonts, artwork, eps, etc.)
to be uploaded to Vivad's server must be compressed using Stuff-It
(.sit) or WinZIP (.zip). We also support PDF.
File
Naming:
Name the compressed files with your
company name and Purchase Order Number
e.g., ACME00584.sit This way we can quickly identify
your job
